Meet Amber

Welcome! I'm Amber Baird, a Holistic Nutrition & Health Counselor, Educator. I have a Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health and am a CNS Candidate. I help individuals who are ready to better understand their health, improve their nutrition, and create sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term wellness.

Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health information, frustrated by symptoms that don't seem to improve, or unsure where to start. They may know they want to feel better, but they're tired of restrictive diets, quick fixes, and one-size-fits-all advice. My goal is to help you cut through the confusion, understand what your body needs, and create realistic plans based on scientific evidence that fits your life.

My path to nutrition has been both professional and deeply personal.

Throughout my life, I have faced several significant health challenges, including leukemia, cervical cancer, and multiple skin cancers. Those experiences taught me firsthand that health is rarely simple and that every person's journey is unique. They also strengthened my belief that true wellness requires looking at the whole person, not just a diagnosis, symptom, or lab result.

My own experiences sparked a passion for understanding the many factors that influence health and healing. That passion ultimately led me to pursue advanced training in nutrition and integrative health so I could help others navigate their own wellness journeys with greater confidence and clarity.

Before entering the nutrition field, I spent more than 15 years working in leadership, facilitation, and project management roles in complex organizations. Those experiences taught me how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, solve problems collaboratively, and help people move from feeling overwhelmed to taking meaningful action. Today, those same skills help me guide clients through the process of making lasting health changes.

My philosophy is simple:
Health should support your life, not control it.

Together, we create sustainable habits and personalized strategies that work with your real life, your goals, and your values.
